We trust our clients to maintain a quite and peaceful environment and to respect the use of our property. Cell phones should be turned off upon entering the spa.
Our Facilities
Syncopa Wellness Spa has three treatment rooms, a consultation office and a common esthetics services room.
The reception area features comfortable waiting chairs and complementary bottled water
Wellness news and information is broadcast on a large monitor – free of advertisements – and is educational in content

Effects of Treatments
The effects of treatments vary from individual to individual. To enhance and extend the effects of your treatments we recommend that you return home, lay down for 15 minutes and drink a liter of water.
This will allow the body to reorder it’s functions in accordance with your treatment and flush out toxins released by your treatment. Inadequate hydration following treatment can result in a feeling of sluggishness and lack of focus.
Gratuities and Practitioner Compensation for Services
To encourage continued excellence in quality and currency of skills our practitioners are paid for each treatment they deliver.
If you were pleased with your treatment we welcome a cash gratuity paid directly to the practitioner.
Can I Count on Cleanliness?
Freshly washed and sterilized sheets, towels and equipment is used for each treatment. Sterilization facilities at the spa include: onsite washer and dryer for linens which are sterilized with commercial grade laundry sterilizer and sterilization unit for tools. Basins and pedicure baths are sterilized according to manufacturer instructions using recommended solvents.
Treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sterilized daily and between treatments for optimal freshness and client comfort
What About ICBC and Extended Health Benefits Coverage?
Some employers medical plans offer reimbursement of expenses for many of our therapies. Check with your HR department for policy benefits.
Also, if you have been in an auto accident and require rehabilitation therapies many of our therapies are covered by your ICBC insurance with a physicians referral. In particular, deep tissue therapies delivered by a registered massage therapist or chiropractor as well as chiropractic manipulations and physical rehabilitation services of a physiotherapist or personal fitness trainer may be covered
